Welcome to the ThaiImpact FAQ page.
Here you’ll find answers to common questions in our FAQ about our platform, mission, and content.
Q: What is ThaiImpact, anyway?
A: Not a news site. Not a BBQ buffet review blog.
ThaiImpact is a cozy little corner of the internet where we share stories about Thailand — its culture, creativity, festivals, places, and soft power that’s way cooler than it sounds.
Q: Who’s behind all this?
A: Just a culture-loving human with a passion for Thailand (and possibly too much coffee). No big team. No corporate suits. Just one person, a laptop, and a mission to tell awesome stories.
Q: Is it all Thai stuff only? What about global stuff?
A: We’re all about Thailand — but in a global context. That means we love talking about how Thai culture connects with the world, from cross-country festivals to collaborations and cultural ties.
Q: Can I share your articles?
A: Yes, please! We love seeing our stories shared far and wide. Just don’t forget to give us a little credit and link back — your mom will be proud of you.
Q: How do you decide what awesome stuff to feature?
A: It’s simple, really. We’re all about anything that shines a spotlight on Thailand’s culture, creativity, and its connections to the wider world. From ancient temples and age-old traditions to cutting-edge design, captivating cinema, and savvy diplomacy – if it’s got that unique Thai spark, we’re probably featuring it.
Q: Do you make money from this site?
A: A little bit, sometimes. If you see an ad or an affiliate link, it helps keep the lights on — or at least keeps the coffee brewing. But we only recommend what we genuinely like or trust.
Q: Is ThaiImpact a travel agency or government site?
A: No. We are not affiliated with any travel agency or government body. ThaiImpact is an independent platform run by culture enthusiasts.
Q: Where else can I find ThaiImpact?
A: We’re hanging out at X/Twitter, Pinterest, and maybe sipping tea while lurking on Blockdit. Come say hi!
